Coloured Leaves

“Coloured Leaves”

To know
where these leaves go
that fall with the wind
and land as rain drops do
to my ears that question
the sounds i hear
on a grey and windy day
as i open my eyes
and peak through my window
and see
the lifeless bodies of so much yellow
running past my point of view
like a rainbow with no sun
do i see the only one
which seems
so close
to me...
