“Everyday is a Gift Indeed”

It’s easy to forget to unwrap gestures and acknowledgements of gratitude from those who love us unconditionally. I’m blessed to be outside for at least part of the day- the fresh air we breath can sometimes serve as a reprieve from days absent of the sunrays we all seem to prefer over alternatives. And by my side indoors or out, I’m also blessed to be in the company of a wagging tail... 16 & 1/2 years later, this dude still brings an extra dose of happy to each day. And he apparently got over 58,000 likes/upvotes and over 450 comments on Reddit when my friend decided to celebrate that adorable face lol. I fielded questions ranging from “what do you feed him?!” to “what kind of exercise does he get??!!” He’s just a one-of-a-kind Labrador that I’ve been lucky enough to share my life with all this time. He snacks on brussels sprouts and is a standing celebrity at the local Two Bostons Pet Boutique when we run errands every now and then. And so, especially on days of gloom, we always can make more room for the furry companions that love us rain or shine :)
